If you are unhappy with your purchase within 10 days of the date of delivery, you may return your unopened product for a full refund or for credit toward another online purchase. Product returned must arrive in sellable condition for credit to be received. Also be aware that some food items may not be returned for resale as determined by state law.
To make a return:
- Contact us either by phone or email and provide us your name, address, the approximate date your order was placed, the reason for requesting a return, and a daytime phone number where you can be contacted and we will provide you a return authorization and UPS call tags with which you can return your product.
- Place the unopened item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging and return the item(s) to us using the UPS labels provided.
- When your shipment is received in unopened and resellable condition we will credit your account OR the card used at the time of purchase. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable except in the event that your original order was filled incorrectly by Eurocafe Imports.
- If you are returning merchandise without having received UPS return labels from Eurocafe Imports we cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages, and we recommend that you insure your package when sending it to us.
