The 2-Group Volumetric Aurelia with SmartWand is the first espresso machine to practically implement several theoretical models as well as new technologicaladvancements. Because of this, it is even able to achieve temperaturestability of 0.5°C or better using only its own water and a single heatsource, so while the brew temperatures of other espresso machines mayvary by up to 30°C between shots, the Aurelia is able to consistently pull shot after shot of the finest quality espresso in the world.
Designed with input from expert baristas, the Aurelia features awealth of barista friendly tools and qualities that make it the onlyespresso machine ever certified as ergonomic by the European Instituteof Ergonomics and Psychology. The Smart Wand automatically steams or froths (adjustable) milk then turns off at a preset temperature. The Smart Wand is non-scalding; if you grab the wand while it's operating you won't get burned. Available on the automatic model only.

• 3/8” dedicated cold water line with shut-off valve and
compression fitting.
• Water hardness cannot exceed 3gpg or 50 ppm. If
water hardness exceeds 3gpg a water softener must
be installed.
• Minimum incoming water flow rate of 35 GPH and
